Guests at Red Hawk Coastal Estate enjoy convenient parking options to suit their stay. The Full Estate and The Retreat include driveway parking that accommodates up to two vehicles, while additional street parking is readily available. The Guest Suite offers easy access to nearby street parking but does not include driveway access. These options provide flexibility and peace of mind for all guests arriving by car.
We also offer concierge services, including grocery delivery, excursion planning, and local recommendations tailored to your group.
We want every guest to feel confident and comfortable when booking. That’s why we maintain a clear and guest-friendly set of policies that help us keep the estate enjoyable for every guest.
We welcome up to two small-to-medium dogs with prior approval. A fee of $20 per dog, per night applies, and we kindly ask that pets be kenneled when left unsupervised.
Small personal events are welcome with registered guests, but excessive noise, parties, or occupancy beyond limits are not permitted.
Our cleaning team sanitizes and disinfects the property thoroughly between stays, with special attention to high-touch areas.

This house is so much fun! There was plenty of space for us girls. The view is amazing! We had a blast at PB + downtown! Amazing food places around here and cute little beach spots. We loved our stay at this homey mid-century charmer. The views are spectacular and the kitchen is fully stocked with all manner of cooking and serving dishes. Local eggs were left for us and we were welcome to harvest veggies from the garden. Yummy carrots! Host Michael was responsive and friendly. It is child friendly and our granddaughter of almost 4 loved the “secret closet” of toys and games. We also appreciated that it wasn’t slickly made-over with that all white Airbnb “look” with decor off the shelf. This is obviously a home, and one with a loving well-lived in vibe. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors too!

Family and I enjoyed the home. It’s a bit dated but that’s what gives it character. There is definitely plenty of room and great view. Host extremely responsive. Kids loved the chickens. Only thing to consider is the airport nearby. Fun to see the aircraft’s melt into the fog. 1st for me. Noise bothered me a bit but I’m sensitive like that. My family had no issue with it at all. Love San Diego and really enjoyed the Italian Resturant nearby. Can’t remember the name but it’s one of the Michelin restaurants. Also the Mexican taco shop down the way is really good as well. Good times. Almost forgot. The fireworks from SEAWORLD. We loved it.

Dinner at Miguel’s Cocina was very inviting. The atmosphere was great, and the wood fire was beautiful. The food was hot and flavorful.
